You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
Payment processing is handled by our trusted partners (Stripe, M‑Pesa).
You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.
We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party couriers.
Pickup orders must be collected within the designated timeframe.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy (coming soon).
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
Custom or perishable goods are non‑returnable.

6. Vendor/Agent/Station Manager Obligations

Vendors must ensure product descriptions are accurate and stock levels are maintained.
Agents and station managers must handle orders responsibly and in a timely manner.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Uploading harmful code, viruses, or malicious content.
Harassing other users or staff.
Attempting to bypass security measures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Mwecheche or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mwecheche is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
